Sam will find out what you are aspiring to achieve and assess how feasible that is with the mental and physical resources you have. He won't take your money and run if he doesn't think you would be able to get your money's worth with him.

WHAT BENEFITS HAVE YOU REALISED, PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY, FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH SAM?

My everyday life has a more sustainable structure which in and of itself causes a positive ripple effect to all other aspects of my life and health. I feel more in charge of myself due to Sam's approach in creating motivation yourself. My job also is very physically taxing but I don't feel steamrolled that often anymore and am not as prone to injuries.

ANY FINAL THOUGHTS TO TELL SOMEONE WHO IS CONSIDERING WORKING WITH SAM?

If you are someone who has a high threshold for using services like Sam's, you should know you are met with encouragement and empathy. He is committed if you are and wants to find ways and methods that work for you. We are mates, but not so close that I would have a bias. I highly recommend sliding in his DMs.

Sam's enthusiasm and expertise towards training is what makes him such a great trainer. I am very happy I finally took the initial to start training with a coach, and couldn't be happier about doing it with Sam.

WHAT SURPRISED YOU ABOUT TRAINING WITH SAM?

Sam really went into detail with my programming. I really feel like all the exercises were chosen to drive me closer to my goals, whether it is running a new PR or jumping higher in a basketball game.

WHAT BENEFITS HAVE YOU REALISED, PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY, FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH SAM?

As an athlete with a background in team sports, I found it really motivating to have a program and to have someone look over my training. Training became a lot easier mentally, when all I had to do was show up and follow the plan. I felt like I was training like an athlete instead of a regular gym bro. On the physical side, I quickly noticed improvement both in my running and on the basketball court. My running stride feels more stable in higher speeds, making it easier to stay relaxed, all this without feeling heavy and clumsy.

He is an awesome trainer, always has a huge amount of energy, which motivates myself a lot and I can’t help but look forward to every session with Sam.

WHAT SURPRISED YOU ABOUT TRAINING WITH SAM?

I love how easy I can share my health concerns and we build a plan to improve it. He is very professional and motivates me a lot on my journey for better health. He is also very flexible on scheduling sessions, which is great since I usually have something unexpected come up.

WHAT BENEFITS HAVE YOU REALISED, PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY, FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH SAM?

Starting with him, my goal was to get fit and raise my activity levels. But in the middle of that, my doctor said I have high cholesterol. Sam has helped me with nutrition and a workout plan to improve on that. And my health has been improving ever since. This can’t happen without him!

I would say you're gonna have a great time with him. Try 2-3 sessions with Sam and you’re guaranteed to have a blast
