WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO A FRIEND, ABOUT TRAINING WITH SAM?
Sam will find out what you are aspiring to achieve and assess how feasible that is with the mental and physical resources you have. He won't take your money and run if he doesn't think you would be able to get your money's worth with him.
WHAT SURPRISED YOU ABOUT TRAINING WITH SAM?
I feel Sam is a rare gem among trainers in that he is present, doesn't shove unfounded gym bro science down your throat and gives at least two aerial copulations about your overall well-being. He is also as flexible as a bungee cord if you ever need to switch it up; be it the schedule, your goals, adaptations/rehabilitation due to injury or something else.
WHAT BENEFITS HAVE YOU REALISED, PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY, FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH SAM?
My everyday life has a more sustainable structure which in and of itself causes a positive ripple effect to all other aspects of my life and health. I feel more in charge of myself due to Sam's approach in creating motivation yourself. My job also is very physically taxing but I don't feel steamrolled that often anymore and am not as prone to injuries.
ANY FINAL THOUGHTS TO TELL SOMEONE WHO IS CONSIDERING WORKING WITH SAM?
If you are someone who has a high threshold for using services like Sam's, you should know you are met with encouragement and empathy. He is committed if you are and wants to find ways and methods that work for you. We are mates, but not so close that I would have a bias. I highly recommend sliding in his DMs.
