Born and raised in Western Australia, and currently living in Helsinki, Finland. For the last 7 years, my passion has been discovering how to improve the motivation and mental health of others.

I have a unique set of skills including practically every strength and conditioning method in a gym environment, as well as behaviour change interventions that are commonly used in therapeutic counselling environments.
