Description

For more experienced male trainees looking to get serious with their training and physique. The Male Intermediate - Physique and Fat Loss program is focused on building a masculine physique by simultaneously burning fat and building muscle. A large amount of training time is focused on building musculature and shape in the arms, chest, back, while maintaining a proportional lower body.


The exercises change every 4 weeks to keep training fun and engaging, while providing a new stimulus to the muscles. As the months of training progress, the difficulty and intensity increases. Prepare yourself for a first month of leg-focused training to destroy fat and build a solid base of fitness!

Equipment Requirements

No equipment needed for the at-home sessions

Gym program requires a basic commercial gym:

- barbell, rack and weight plates
- dumbbells
- adjustable bench
- upper and lower cable for rows/lat pull down
- chin up bar
- dip bar
- isolation machines (leg extension, leg curl, etc)
- back extension/GHD
- elastic bands
- smith machine
- barbell hip pad
