The Male Intermediate - Physique and Fat Loss program is focused on building a masculine physique by simultaneously burning fat and building muscle. A large amount of training time is focused on building musculature and shape in the arms, chest, back, while maintaining a proportional lower body.
The exercises change every 4 weeks to keep training fun and engaging, while providing a new stimulus to the muscles. As the months of training progress, the difficulty and intensity increases. Prepare yourself for a first month of leg-focused training to destroy fat and build a solid base of fitness!
