The Male Intermediate - Strength and Endurance Program is designed to get you strong and fit to take on life's biggest physical challenges. A large amount of training time is focused on the main barbell movements to build strength, with a secondary focus on core strength and aerobic endurance.
Training progresses every 4 weeks to keep workouts fun and engaging, while keeping the basic movements along the way so you can develop strength. As the months of training progress, the difficulty and intensity increases. Get ready to spend some time under the bar and get stronger than you have ever been!
