This program takes you on a slow and safe journey, starting with simple compound movements with bodyweight and dumbbells, progressing to basic barbell movements after the first month.
The Beginner Muscle and Strength Program targets muscles in the entire body to build perfect proportions. Exercises are focused on shaping a sexy male physique: working the muscles in the chest, back and arms. Beware! This program is not skipping out on legs! Postural and mobility work is added to create confident posture.
